Online Ordering
With the exception of merchandise for Delta Sigma Theta,
you can order directly through our website by adding the
items of your choice to your shopping cart or you may
call us. Purchases for all Delta Sigma Theta merchandise
must be called in. For custom
orders, email or call us.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards and pay pal as the method for payment.
In addition, we
do accept personal checks and certified funds. When
paying by check, or certified funds, your order will not
be processed until your funds have cleared the bank.
If you pay by check and your check bounces, we will
charge you an additional $25.00 for a return check fee.
Also, when you pay for your merchandise by check or
certified funds, you run the risk of losing that item or
items because most items are one of a kind.
Because our merchandise is one of a kind, we operate on
a first come, first serve basis. Please contact us by email or telephone if you are
paying by check or certified funds.

SHIPPING
When you receive your
order, it will contain the merchandise neatly packaged
and a receipt of your purchase.
All
orders unless otherwise specified will be shipped
ground service via
United States Postal Service (USPS) or
Federal Express.
Shipping and handling is additional.
Orders are generally sent out within 3-5 business days.
On holidays when the post office and Federal
Express is closed, your merchandise will not be sent out until the next
business day. For those of you who want to receive your
merchandise immediately, Express delivery
service is available upon request. To request this service, please
let us know.
Returns
If
you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it
providing you contact us within 14 days from the time you
ordered the merchandise via email:
briannasbangles@aol.com.
Be sure to explain your reason for returning the
item. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking
fee. It is the customer’s responsibility to ship the
merchandise to us and the shipping charges are not
refundable. The item/items
being returned must be packaged in a manner that
protects the merchandise . If the customer submits the
return accordingly and we receive the merchandise in
good condition, we will give you a refund less the
restocking fee and shipping fees.
Sales Tax
We charge 6% sales tax for orders shipped to a Maryland
address.
Sales Term
Most of the merchandise sold by Brianna’s Bangles and
Beads, LLC is a one of a kind design. However, from time to time,
there will be occasions when the item is ordered at the
same time by two or more customers before we can
replace the item on the website. When these occasions
arise, we will contact you and let you know that the
item is no longer available and we will offer you an
item that is similar or a full refund.
Repairs
We
have a 100% guarantee for all merchandise providing you
make your claim within 120 days from the date of
purchase.
If
your merchandise is defective, we will repair the
merchandise free of charge. However, it will be your
responsibility to send the merchandise to us. Before
sending the merchandise, please be sure to contact us.
At that time we will let you know where to send the
merchandise. If your merchandise needs to be repaired
and it is after the 120 day grace period, we will repair
the merchandise for a flat
fee
of $7.00 plus the cost for shipping. Please
contact us so that we can instruct you were to ship your
merchandise to be repaired.
